Lorain County Children & Family Council
Lorain County Children & Family Council Meetings are held in the Lorain County Administration Building, located at 226 Middle Avenue, in Elyria, Ohio. The Council meets in Meeting Room "A" on the 4th Floor, in Meeting Room A (unless otherwise noted).

The Lorain County Children & Family Council Executive Committee met and scheduled the 2010-2011 Board Dates, which are the following:
- Thurs., October 14th, 2010 at 9:30 am: The Lorain County Children and Families Council will convene its Annual Meeting for 2009 on the 4th Floor of the Lorain County Administration Building.
- Thurs., February 10th 2011 at 9:30 am
- Thurs., May 12th 2010 at 9:30 am

Children & Family Council Annual Meeting 2008
.aspx) Lorain County Children & Family Council held their annual meeting on Thursday, October 16, 2008. The Council also discussed topics such as earmarks of funds, elections of officers, various committees, meeting notices, and annoucements for the community. Melissa Stefano, the acting Council Director, reflected on the accomplishments of the past year, and presented an annual report for Children & Family Council.
 Near the end of the presentation, special recognition was given to two members of the Council. A plaque was first awarded to Theresa Prihoda, Family Support Specialist for the encouragement and support she has given to Help Me Grow families of Lorain County. Then the Council awarded a plaque to Kathryn Boylan, LCCFC Chairperson for her outstanding leadership skills used in Children & Family Council.
